Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. We accept returns or exchanges for products with which you are not satisfied, subject to the conditions below.
  2. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
  3. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging intact. Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
  4. All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
  5. Delivery charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged orders.
  6. Customers are required to pay delivery charges for exchange orders.
  7. Sale items, clearance items, and discounted products are not eligible for refund and may only be exchanged (subject to availability).
  8. Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refund and can only be exchanged.
  9. In case of a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or wrong item delivered, Elara Footwear will bear the delivery charges for return or exchange.
