Refund & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns or exchanges for products with which you are not satisfied, subject to the conditions below.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging intact. Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
- All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged orders.
- Customers are required to pay delivery charges for exchange orders.
- Sale items, clearance items, and discounted products are not eligible for refund and may only be exchanged (subject to availability).
- Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refund and can only be exchanged.
- In case of a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or wrong item delivered, Elara Footwear will bear the delivery charges for return or exchange.
